The paper reports on influence of “Agropon S” and “Agrostimulin” (growth regulators) on yield, productivity characteristics, field germination and viability as well as on yield and content of crude protein, fat, gluten and ash of spring triticale “Grebeshok” and “Ukro” under mineral or zero fertilization. Mineral fertilization alone or in combination with biostimulators significantly increased grain productivity and quality. The highest yield occurred under “Agrostimulin” treatment on the background of mineral fertilization, being 3.25 for “Grebeshok” and 3.20 t ha-1 — for “Ukro”, exceeding the control variant by 0.63–0.62 t ha-1, respectively. Growth regulators with fertilizers improved head grain content and, therefore, grain weight from 1 plant, compared to other variants. “Agrostimulin” and mineral fertilizers provided grain weight per head of 1.57 g for “Grebeshok” and 1.53 g — for “Ukro”, compared to 1.36 and 1.27 g in the control variants, respectively. The combination of these two treatments increased protein content in grain by 0.4–0.9%, compared to the control, as well as gluten concentration — by 1.1–8.2%. Biostimulators of new generation (“Agropon S” and “Agrostimulin”) showed to be effective in combination with fertilizers for spring triticale cultivation on sod-podzolic soil with medium loam content in the Vologda region.
