The country passes through the active harvesting and crops sales period and agricultural equipment procurement has spiked. It is expected that in 2019 more equipment will be purchased compared to the previous year. Agricultural producers of the Russian Federation acquired 6.5 thousand tractors and 3 thousand grain and forage harvesters since the beginning of the year.
At the same time, as part of the implementation of Government Resolution No. 1432 “On approval of the Rules for the provision of subsidies to agricultural machinery manufacturers”, 14.1 thousand units of agricultural machinery were subsidized, including 1.5 thousand tractors, 2.6 thousand grain and forage harvesters. 10.6 billion rubles of subsidies were transferred to manufacturers.
Financial lease (leasing) programs of Rosagroleasing JSC and bank loan programs facilitate the renewal of the agricultural machinery fleet. As of August 29, the company delivered 3.9 thousand units of machinery and equipment on a leasing basis for a total amount of 13.4 billion rubles. In addition, the Ministry of Agriculture approved applications of agricultural producers for the purchase of equipment for soft loans in the amount of 40.5 billion rubles.
