• • • €8 million requested to fund science promotion events across Europe under the Marie Skłodowska Curie NIGHT action
The Research Executive Agency has received 100 project proposals by the call deadline for the MSCA-NIGHT 2020 call for proposals.
In total, €8 million are available to fund public events for the promotion of research careers, in particular towards young people and their families. The events will take place on 25 September 2020 in several European cities.
Projects will be selected for funding with the support of external independent evaluators drawn from the European Commission’s experts’ database. Project evaluations are expected to start at the end of January and the selection of projects will be known by mid-April at the latest. REA will sign grant agreements with the successful applicants in May-June 2020.
