Investigations took place at SPA(K) “Kuzminskiy” of the Moscow region in 2017–2018. Pursuing high level of milk productivity makes it more difficult to find a balance between animal health and fodder. The higher cow productivity the higher the pressure on its digestive system that can negatively affect functions of all the organism systems if impaired. Therefore, use of feed additives is of great importance since they improve nutrient availability and digestibility as well as redirect metabolic costs from forage digestion to milk production. From this perspective complex enzyme preparations deserve a special attention. They are able to activate ruminal fermentation due to their biologically active substances. “Fibraza” effect was tested on milk yield of high-productive Holstein black-and-white cows for 305 days of lactation. The best feeding rate was 20 g/head daily resulting in milk yield increase (4% of fat content) of 36.1 kg versus 34.2 kg of the control group or 5.56%. One cow of the experimental group provided 11 168 kg of milk on the average containing 3.32% of protein and 3.93% of fat while the one of the control group produced 10 908.7 kg of milk containing 3.26% of protein and 3.74% of fat.
